The Musa Namwa Khom Dang is a banana plant native to Thailand. It’s grown for its fruit and ornamental value. The plant has large green leaves with white and gray streaks. 

The Nam Wah banana is a natural hybrid variety of Musa acuminata. It’s also known as: 

  • Chuoi Xiem
  • Kluai Nam Wa
  • Thai banana
  • Chuoi Su, which translates to “porcelain banana”
The Nam Wah banana is native to southeast Asia but is now grown all over the world in tropical regions. It has a rich, sweet vanilla flavor and a thick, silky texture when ripe. 

The Dwarf Namwah banana is a tropical banana that matures to around 6–9 feet tall. It has a stout reddish-pink colored trunk. It produces large bunches of delicately sweet flavored fruit.

How to Care :

  • Make sure your plants are getting enough water and sunlight.
  • Recommended Soil Media: 40% Garden Soil 25% cocopeat 25% Organic manure/Vermicompost 5% charcoal chips 5% perlite.
  • Fertilize your plants once a month.
  • Avoid over-watering your plants.
  • Cut off any dead or diseased Leaves.
  • Make Sure Pots Have Drainage Holes.
  • Don’t Repot Immediately after received wait for at least 2-3 Days.
